PetroDevelopment Partners, L.P. ("PDP") is an investment partnership engaged in the acquisition, exploration, exploitation, development and production of oil and gas reserves in the United States. PDP seeks to invest in oil and gas assets to be managed internally and through strategic partnerships and joint ventures with top industry talent. PDP may structure its investments either through direct working interest ownership, or through the purchase of debt, equity or hybrid securities in companies that desire a value-added partner in the development of their oil and gas projects. PDP is managed by PetroDevelopment Advisors, LLC,  an oil and gas advisory firm founded by geophysical engineer Ralph W. Baird and HSP Group LLC, a private investment company.
